It's that spooky time of the year, get ready to be tricked or treated! Get into the pumpkin spice craze with this tasty recipe!


  • 3(spiced) teabags/brewed coffee of choice
  • ¾ cup of hot water
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups of whole creamy milk (Almond and coconut milk are diary-free options)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (gluten-free, if needed)
  • 20-25 drops of maple syrup or honey (start with ¼ cup and sweeten to taste)
  • Coconut whipped cream and cinnamon to top


  • In hot water, brew the tea bags for 6 minutes. Squeeze the tea bags,when removing, between two spoons to get the full flavor from the tea.
  • Blend tea with the pumpkin puree ( you have to either whisk really well, or blend in a blender to make sure it was truly lump free).
  • In a small saucepan, add milk of choice(brewed coffee to make it a pumpkin coffee latte), vanilla extract, and sweetener of choice. If using maple syrup or honey, this is the time to sweeten to taste. Heat until almost boiling, froth (if desired).
  • Pour the milk mixture in a mug  and mix with the blended pumpkin contents.
  • Top with whipped cream and sieve cinnamon, then serve.
